Video surveillance systems

Anti-Drone Radar System not only provides early detection of any type of UAV, but also contributes to much more efficient operation of CCTV systems, such as video surveillance cameras, telescopic lenses, periscopes. This results in a more accurate assessment of the threat and the capability to choose the most effective methods to eliminate it.

The following video surveillance systems are used to extend the capabilities of Anti-Drone Radar and to collect and analyze additional information about unauthorized intrusion of UAVs into the protected zone:

  • Wireless Microwave Cameras
  • Day and Night Vision Cameras
  • Electromechanical periscopes
  • Motorized TV lenses
  • HD digital video recorders

CCTV systems obtain precise target coordinates from the Anti-Drone Radar System and point the video camera on the UAV with a high level of accuracy. Then the camera tracks the flight of the drone and records a video of the incident for further analysis. This allows identifying the model of the UAV and the type of threat it constitutes.

Telescopic lenses provide significant zooming of objects, but they bring about the problem of a very small angle of view. That's why telescopic lenses can be used much more efficiently only in conjunction with the system Anti-Drone.

Periscope solutions are frequently used for security purposes as they allow activating a hidden camera only if a threat is detected. Thus intrudors cannot assess in advance the location of the cameras and their angle of view, which prevents them from being able to neutralize or block CCTV systems.
